These terms apply to the plumbing, heating and gas services provided by Billo's Plumbing And Heating Ltd, and to your use of this website. Please read them alongside any written quote we provide.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and provided in good faith based on the information available. A callout charge (typically £80 to £100 depending on location) may apply and will be confirmed with you in advance. The full cost of any work is agreed with you before it begins. Where a job reveals additional work, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

Bookings

Requesting a slot through the website is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date, time and details before attending.

Our work

All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (registration number 959737) in line with current regulations. We aim to complete every job to a high standard and leave your property clean and tidy.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices and any relevant certificates are provided for the work carried out.

Liability

We carry insurance appropriate to our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Our responsibility is limited to the work we have carried out, and we are not responsible for faults that existed before our work not covered by the agreed job.
